문법질문: 전치사 what이 사용불가인가요?

작년에 학원을 졸업한 현 영문과생이 질문을 해왔다.

 

"선생님 저희 토익 선생님이 전+what이 예외사항 없이 아예 안된다고 하셨는데 이게 맞는 말인가요?"

 

이것은 말인가 방구인가.. -_-;
